In life nothing is certain

It is about time that I took a stance

I need to give life to that book of mine

Because in life there is no second chance

I shall make my characters breathe

They shall fall in love, sing and prance

I shall give the story the shape it deserves

I promise to write three chapters everyday

I shall sway with the musical word trance

Soon I shall have the copy in my hand

Lost in the monotony of work and life

I was unable to find time for dance

But now I'm gonna make up for it

It helps me clear my mind off clutter

Every detailed step and that poetic glance

It is never too late to get back to this art

Because in life there is no second chance

Dancing gives me inner peace

My creative mind it helps enhance

I'm gonna spare a few minutes for it daily

Because in life there is no second chance

I'm finally gonna take that world trip

Without bothering much about the finance

I have all that I need for now and that's enough

Because in life there is no second chance

I want to cover as much as possible

From Spain to Rome, Venice to France

I'm not going to let go of this passion

Because in life there is no second chance

I want to meet new people and places

Every city in the world I want to romance

I'm booking the tickets right away

Because in life there is no second chance

Enough of adjustments and compromises

It is time to live for myself and advance

I'm not holding back any dream of mine

Because in life there is no second chance
